Order Processing

• Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 12 hours of receiving the order, excluding national holidays.
• Before your order is shipped, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and delivery details.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment information and tracking number.

Delivery Across Lebanon

We provide nationwide delivery throughout Lebanon.

• Home delivery: 1–3 business days
• Delivery partner: Aramex
• Delivery service: Door-to-door delivery
• In-store collection: Available within 1–2 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances affecting the delivery service.

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.
• Customers may pay for their order in USD or LBP upon receiving the shipment.

Order Tracking

• After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Aramex tracking number.
• You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your shipment through Aramex's online tracking service.
• If you need assistance with your order or delivery, please contact our Customer Care team.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including national holidays, operational issues, weather conditions, road conditions, or courier-related delays.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the status of your shipment and assist you accordingly.

International Delivery

If you require delivery outside Lebanon, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will provide you with the available delivery options and applicable delivery details.
