Artisan Light and Shadow combines unmatched performance and professional quality. It was designed in collaboration with leading chefs. Thanks to it, you can use your culinary imagination and finally enjoy cooking. The robot is equipped with a powerful and quiet motor with a long service life, which ensures higher efficiency thanks to the direct drive from the gears. It uses a planetary mixing system - the head rotates from the center to the edge of the bowl, while the attachment used, such as a whisk or flat beater, also rotates. This achieves a thorough, even, and fast mixing of the ingredients.
To expand the functions of the robot, you can also purchase optional accessories that allow you to grate, press, grind, juice, or, for example, make homemade ice cream or pasta.

Ceramic bowl with a capacity of 4.7 liters with black three-dimensional details on the surface - a unique bowl without a handle, with unmistakable protrusions and a pyramid-like design that plays with light and shadow. Dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 246 °C.
6-wire whisk - The head and wires are made of high-quality stainless steel. It is used for whisking eggs, egg whites, whipped cream, mayonnaise, and smooth sauces. Dishwasher safe.
Kneading hook - made of stainless steel. It is used for mixing and kneading yeast dough (e.g. bread, pizza, or pasta dough). Dishwasher safe.
