• Our CheeSmart® Small Square uses a CondensControl™ grid, which has a selective permeability. It allows moisture to transfer out but locks in aromas while helping to protect the taste and texture of the cheese. 
• Its reversible tray can be used on both sides to accommodate various sizes and types of cheese. The recessed side is good for serving cheese with liquid, like mozzarella or feta. It's also great for serving and storing butter.
• The cover fits both sides of the reversible tray, and a transparent window lets you quickly identify the contents.

Use and Care

• Dishwasher safe
• Not freezer safe
• Not safe for use in microwave
• Do not use sharp or metal utensils.
• Avoid putting the container at the back of the fridge where the cooling element is located. The temperature there may cause excessive condensation build up in the container.
• With certain cheese containing a lot of moisture, some normal condensation can appear on the inside of the cover. If you notice such condensation when taking out your CheeSmart® from the fridge, wipe it away with a paper towel before putting the container back into the fridge. This will prevent excessive build-up of condensation.
• Cutting with a knife on the tray can cause scratches.
• Superficial scratches don't impact the performance of the product, but they are not covered by the warranty.
