Same day delivery, product came with good package. However, although the item was sealed, there was a coarse white powder in the remote control which eroded the keys so the remote control seamed pre-used despite being new and sealed.

I have one comment regarding my last purchase. I ordered online a Xiaomi MI Box S and the item delivered was Xiami MI 4K instead. I only noticed after opening the box. Would be good to be accurate when confirming and delivering the order.
