The product is of very cheap quality compared to its price. The volume when playing a tape is very low, the build quality is unfortunately bad as well, the product overall was a disappointment.
I'm sorry to say that had I known this previously I would not have ordered it especially because I was looking for a decent product.
I expect some compensation in order to regain trust in your company and by compensation I don't mean a monetary one but rather an exchange of any sort.
If not then unfortunately I can no longer feel safe buying products from your website.
